Booking a date
A date counts as booked once the deposit arrives, not after a verbal agreement. Until then the day stays open to other enquiries — that is not strictness, it is the only honest way to handle a limited number of Saturdays.

Cancellation and rescheduling
- Cancel within the window stated for your session type and the deposit is refunded.
- Cancel later and the deposit is not refunded: the day can no longer be offered to anyone else.
- Weather reschedules for outdoor sessions are always free — I make that call in advance, not on site.
Delivery times
- 5 selected frames — within 48 hours of the session.
- The full edited gallery — within 14 days.
- The online gallery stays available for 12 months. Keep your own copy.
Rights to the photographs
- You receive the right to use the photos personally, with no time limit, including printing and social media.
- Copyright remains with me, as the law provides.
- I publish your frames in my portfolio only with your separate consent. Declining does not change the price.
Working with companies
Corporate work runs under contract with an invoice. Business registration in Bulgaria is in progress — until it completes, no invoices are issued and corporate bookings are not accepted. This section will be updated as soon as registration is done.
